Modules


STAT Ticket custom modules allow for almost limitless STAT Ticket extensibility to suit your specific environment. Modules are rapidly developed by our veteran systems administrators and developers using the STAT Ticket Extensibility Framework.

Current Modules

Email
Tickets can be sent to one or many email addresses or distribution lists.
Web Services
Web services supports the sending of tickets directly to popular Service Desk applications such as BMC Remedy.


Custom Modules

If your Help Desk software does not accept email based tickets or web services we can configure a custom Integration Module.

Content based ticket routing
    Based on any context within the STAT Ticket, custom routes can be configured. For instance, if the ticket contained keywords specific to your EHR, it would be forwarded to that group that supports the EHR. This setup is done by our engineers during installation and post installation changes made according to your maintenance agreement for on a fee for service basis.
External Data Rollup
    Using STAT Ticket server side rules it’s possible to gather and include in the Help Desk ticket additional troubleshooting data from other systems that are related to the application error. For instance; at one hospital the STAT Ticket server adds PowerChart Citrix server data to all STAT Tickets created on computers running Cerner PowerChart. This setup is done by our engineers during installation and post installation changes made according to your maintenance agreement for on a fee for service basis.
